1. Can I return items?
Sure you can. Just make sure you do it within 2 weeks of the date of receipt. Please send us an email to hola@bassac.es letting us know why you want to return your item and we’ll send you details.
2. How are my items shipped?
Using standard shipping - tracking number is provided.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Madrid (Spain) and we have different rates for Spain, Europe and rest of the world.
4. Do I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?
It depends on the country. You will need to settle duties and taxes as per the individual local customs regulations. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that BASSAC does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.
